having a lot of problems with my comp

just happened the other day out of no where..didnt install anything new didnt download anything new did nothing..

when i boot into normal windows it takes a long time for my kaspersky to open this never happened before..it looks like the process wuauclt.exe causes that delay. windows security delays it too tell me that windows firewall is disabled

anyway after everything loads up everything works as it should for about 15 mins then no applications(task manager,IE,etc.) load up. they come up in task manager but they dont come up on the screen. but if i go to open my computer or any folder they instantly open. but if i already have the application open it will run fine.

other things ive noticed, windows has been stuck on downloading new updates and i cannot enable windows firewall. cant even get into the settings. says for there has been an unidentified problem and cannot go into settings. and no programs come up in my add/remove programs. the list doesnt populate.

if i boot into safe mode everything works perfect for however long im on.

to me it sounds like a virus/ malware but ive scanned with kaspersky, avast, spyware doctor, adware, spybot, and combofix. done cleanups, ccleaner. now im doing microsoft windows malicious software remover tool and i ran hijackthis.

any ideas as to what could be happening? any help would be awesome and heres the hijackthis log
