Having some issues

I've done the Read Me First. I've attached my logs. There was no SASlog or Malwarebytes log because no errors were found.

I am having a qttask.exe error (The aplication failed to initialize properly (Oxc0000022) qttask.exe). The computer is also going to a blue screen and when I reboot it tells me it has recovered from a serious error.

Thanks for any help. I'm not sure if this is a software/malware issue or a hardware issue.

The good news is that you are not having malware problems. The bad news is that you are in the wrong forum. You will have to post in the Software Forum to work this in detail, but I suggest you do the below which may help.

Run C:\MGtools\analyse.exe by double clicking on it. This is really HijackThis (select Do a system scan only) and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime

After clicking Fix, exit HJT. Doing this may provide relief since qttask will not load at startup however if something is wrong with QuickTime, as soon as you run it you may have issues. Thus I would also suggest that you uninstall QuickTime. Reboot, and then if you really need QuickTime, reinstall it. If you continue to have issues, you will have to post in the Software Forum as suggested.
