   My computer had started to restart itself radomly then freeze while retstarting. I have tried doing the read and run me first but my computer restarts near the end of the SAS scan. I went to the next step but cant install spybot. When i click install i get a message saying it doesnt recognise user and wont let me install the program.
   
   Any help would be much appreciated.

   Have you tried scanning in safe boot mode?
   
   

   Just keep on going. Try ALL steps no matter what has happened in previous steps. Also remember to try using safe boot mode. See the below if you do not know how to get into safe mode:
