   I have the problem with the little shield popping up in the corner and directing me to the website to buy software called virprotect. I know this is caused by some sort of trojan or spyware but i cant get rid of it.
   
   i have run the tools you suggest to run, and still have the problem so i downloaded smitfraud, and the log is attached.
