   I downloaded my sons leapfrog when I open up the application to dowload the audio books it wont let me click anywhere in the screen, wont let me mimize it or anything. I have to open up taks manager and end it. I ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling it several time, still doesnt work.!!!!!11111

   Could you tell us what Windows version and service pack you are using as well as what Leapfrog software version and model of console?
   
   Its possible that the leapfrog explorer is conflicted by another app and please read this HERE and see if you have similar apps installed, this was the issue on a friends PC, when the app didnt work properly.
