hclean32.exe struggle

I have a "quarantined" hclean32 Trojan horse that appears to still cause problems with my machine as after re-boots, and opening Internet Explorer. There’s always a Symantec quarantine alert for this Trojan popping up, then I get spyware activity ballons constantly popping up as well as Windows Security Center pop-ups advising "firewall detected suspicious network activity on your computer".

I have tried removing it Ewido, as well as disabling Windows System Restore. Yet I am still plagued and wondering if there may have been a registry change that occured linking my machine to downloading that trojan, etc. Any suggestions to deal with this plague would be greatly appreciated.
