Does the hd graphics 4600 have enough proccessing power for current gen games? Or would you recommend something else my comp apparently has two.
This is the test results for the shaders

shader rendering dx11 45 fps average
shader rendering dx10 45 fps average
wireframe shader rendering 5 fps average
    shader rendering 14 fps average
fixed transformation and lighting 20 fps average
    wireframe line 8 fps average

Dunno why the wireframe rendering went so poorly though, it should be the least intensive of the tests right?

Should I get a newer gen of gpu as it stands only a couple of games are experiencing slowdown so there really isn't much of a reason for me to to get it right away.

Your tests show average performance, you will need to up things to get serious. A decent GPU also requires an upgraded PSU, you need to part with bucks to be happy.
