HDD fail, backup OS

ok simple question, my harddrive is about to fail. :cry how do i back up the OS. not bothered about files or folders have backed them already just want to back up the vista os. any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Try either ToDo backup or Macrium reflect. Burn the bootable CD. Then run the program from either Windows or the CD to backup your OS. You of course want to save the backup image to external HD. If you have trouble running from Windows then try from CD. Both programs have guides on their websites.
