    I agree with you Fred and a desktop is not a great touchscreen option I know I would never use a touchscreen desktop or would not at present.

    Arm would drop off after 30mins usage!

    The integration of Windows be that Windows 8 desktop, mobile and Surface is superb as I never have to miss any data or dates etc as all replicate between the devices, yes iOS does this with iCloud but its limited, so I don't use mu iPhone a lot, more using my Nokia 920 these days.

    I need to get one of them smart phone things one of these days. Like the iPhones. I can talk, text, and take a picture and email it with my phone, but that is about it.

    Now, what was the topic of this thread again? :-D Well, it is in the Lounge, so I guess major thread drift is OK as long as the OP does not care.

    I think so. Someone had a HD failure, and called their friend on their new cell phone. And then they got Win8, and wanted to upgrade their cell phone. Yeah, pretty sure that is it.;)

    So far so good. I like it. Kids love it.

    Its easy to use (to all you Windows 8 haters out there)...really easy to be honest.
