HDD problem

    Wierd HD drive problem;Bros comp wouldn't boot so put it in mine to try and get some files off before reformatting. BIOS sees it, Device Manager sees it, Disk Management sees it, but it doesn't show up in My Computer or Explorer. I'm running XP Home (NTFS),the other is Fat32 (ME).Any ideas? Thanks.

    In disk management, is the drive assigned a letter?

    It is assigned Drive_C. as opposed to my boot drive which is C:
