Heeelp!

I just downloaded and installed Free Studio from DVDVideoSoft. It's a package I've installed before with no problems. It does ask you if you want to install extra software and I always say no. This time it asked me if I wanted to install PC Mechanic and I very definitely said no. But when the installation process was complete, a blank shortcut popped up on my desktop. By blank, I mean it just looks like a box or something with a couple of bluish-green shapes and some straight horizontal lines that are supposed to look like text or something. It says Best Safe Browser. What the ****?! I have three uninstaller programs, geek, Revo, and ZSoft, and none of them were able to find a program called Best Safe Browser. I'm running a scan now with Malwarebytes. It hasn't found anything yet. Should I be panicking?
