Hi Guys...It's been a while but I'm back.
I'm running WinXP SP2 on an HP Pavillion. Upon startup one day I received the error that hehe.exe worm had infected my computer. Adaware had found the virus but could not delete it.
I ran all the required steps in your "READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support" and boy did that find a ton of stuff. It actually found this one file that I couldn't find on my own and hopefully removed all the stuff in it. That was "C:\Documents and Settings\Owner" file. I could not find that file even with showing hidden files and extensions. It had all music zip folders saved in it and I have no idea where it came from except that my 14 year old kept loading a music program that I keep removing.
However, it doesn't seem that any of these programs found the hehe.exe unless of course my inexperience has caused me to miss it. Panda also found infected files that as you said would not be removed.
I have attached the Panda log and the HijackThis log as requested however when I try to attach the Bitdefender log it says "Your file of 918.9 KB bytes exceeds the forum's limit of 250.0 KB for this filetype". please tell me what I need to do so I can send it to you.
Any help you can give me on the hehe.exe file and any other things you find would, as always, be greatly appreciated!!!!!
    Lisa

EDIT: didnt mean to merge posts but threads so second thread below.

I posted earlier this morning and received no replies even though many who posted after me have. Does that mean you can't help me with my particular problem or is it that you don't think it warrants your attenion? Well, thought I would try again since I still have the infection(s) and the computer is lagging. See my thread from 10:10 today with the heading hehe.exe for the attachments

Sorry Lisa merged your posts instead of threads BUT because you were not answered does not mean you cannot be helped, our experts on malware are very busy and some threads may seem answered quickly but the guys generally start from the oldest post first so if a thread is bumped up it will or could be missed.

just hold tight, they will be with you soon.
