   Used?
   
   If used the key is in use, can be transfered if a retail key so long as its not in use on the original PC, so maybe someone may have one to sell you, personally I dont have any spares these days, migrated to Vista.
   
   Or if used PC has no licence key then sadly you will need to buy one if its not activating with Windows Activation Centre, again someone here may have one to sell you, if they have a spare.
