i think i have all kinds of viruses and spy ware on my pc, i dont know much about pc's but i think i may have to reboot...but i dont know how to do that...can someone help me?

If you have malware then the below guide is best to run

Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

If you need to reboot then if using Microsoft Windows XP as your operating system then click Start > Turn off computer > then the next menu will give you the option to reboot.

If Vista then click Start > and click the small arrow symbol circled in black and the options for restart ( reboot ) is listed

i did restart... but as soon as it turnes back on i have all kinds of pop ups and anti-virus down loads coming up and small windows saying its making a scan of my pc for viruses. i have an option to download anti virus program the small window suggests but i think thats how this whole mess first started... i downloaded something i should not have...
