Hello. New Issue...

    My boss has a laptop attached to his office computer. The issue is that if wants to view a video clip, it appears on the laptop screen but not the desk monitor. He can work on the desktop while plugged into the laptop no problem. The stuff can be seen on both monitors. It's just when he tries to watch a video that he has problems. Is this a hardware/wiring problem or a software problem? Thanks for your help.
