hello to all..hope this is the right place for this question

    I am having problems with not being able to access drop down menus online. I also cannoLogfile of Trend Micro HijackThis v2.0.2
    Scan saved at 11:00:05 PM, on 7/2/2008
    Platform: Windows XP SP2 (WinNT 5.01.2600)
    MSIE: Internet Explorer v7.00 SP2 (7.00.5730.0013)
    Boot mode: Normal

    t hear music in certain web pages and cannot edit any of my online photos. i have ran spybot and avg both came up empty. here is my hijack this log..thanks to anyone that has any advice.

    my computer will not let me run these steps. i have run avg and spybot. can anyone help me with my log...

    You posted less than 10 minutes after I gave you the link you need to follow. You haven't even had time to clean your computer and download the applications mentioned in the link, let alone try to run them.

    Please work through the link provided and if you should have any difficulties with this, please describe what issues you are experiencing in detail.

    i am having trouble opening links as well as accessing drop downs. i am very limited in what i can do on the net. should i go somewhere else?

    Please donwload this MGtools.exe to the root folder of your Windows boot drive. This is normally drive C. Then double click on the MGtools.exe file to run it. It will create a log named MGlogs.zip in the root folder ( i.e, C:\MGlogs.zip ) Attach this log here. See: HOW TO: Attach Items To Your Post
