I am a man who has been trying to fix my problem with this laptop that connects to every other wireless and ethernet connection except the one I need the most.

Yet all of the other laptops are connected to the same wireless without any problems.

My Laptop STATES that it IS CONNECTED EXCELLENTLY
    yet
will not let me get online.

    PLEASE HELP

This probably means your WEP (Wireless Equivalent Protection) isn't set correctlty.

There are two aspects to a wireless connection, the actual signal strength, which you apparently have, and the encryption, which may be the problem.

You don't have to have encryption, it isn't a requirement, but it's a darn good idea. If you every send something you need to keep private (like a credit card number) then you need to have it enabled. Even an email password can be used by crooks for ill gotten gains.

So you will need to make sure the router and the reciever are set up the same way, and that the hexidecimal or passcodes are in agreement too.

On my setup, even when everything is set up correctly, it can take up to 5 minutes or so for the two to sync correctly first time I'm using it. Once it has synced it goes a lot faster the next time.
