I need a little help

I have some viruses that I simply can not get rid of. They have taken control of my internet home page and my screen saver. I can not go to yahoo at all to check my email it just redirects me. What can I do to fix this?
I attached my 'HiJack This' file.

Yes, I follwed all the steps, read it again and checked to make sure. I got the screen saver problem fixed but this virus still controls my home page.
