help about blue screen of death!!

can someone help me about how to solve this problem and to totally resolve and end this appearing blue screen... thanks.. help me pls..

 

could you give some more info? what operating system, when the error occurs, what the error number is (if you can see it) , etc..

a common cause is faulty drivers, or even failing hardware...you may want to update drivers for your audio and video cards

when do you get the error?

 

the error occured at 11/28/09 at 4:04 pm.. in the error report that i attched the heading there was the date and time it occured..

 

what i meant was what were you doing on the computer at the time...was it just sittiing there? or were you doing something on the computer when the error occured.

 

the errror occured after playing special force online game.. but there are more instances that the BSOD occured when i played warcraft 3 and internet explorer.

 

one suggestion would be to update your video and sound drivers...if you need assistance with that, let us know

have you tried to upgrade to service pack 3?
if not, you might want to try...and make sure you do it through windows update's website:

the error occured again.. i reformated my pc yesterday.. and now here it goes again.. how to disable shadowing and caching? is it safe?

i am still waiting for the blue screen.. how to disable the bios mamory shadowing and caching? is it safe? does it end up my pc smoking?
