Help address bar blank, possible malware

    I opened a link that corrupted my windows operation. The address bar doesn't show, and now I can't access my WMP or DVDexcess. Plus whenever I try to link to an online repair site (like microsoft repair wizard) it just doesn't connect. What can I do?

    Do you get any error messages if so what?


    Its very likely you have malware and as such follow the below and then start a new thread on our malware forum and attach the logs gained from the guide.
