help asap{with HTML}

    hey i wasnt sure where to put this.....my mate has just asked " how to make an image fixed so that the text scrolls up and not the image.... it has to be an image NOT a bacground" using HTML...he needs it ASAP ...and would be very greatful for your help

    you need to put this under programming, you will get more html experienced people down there.
