Help Asap!!!

    i KNEW something else was wrong...i just restarted my computer and got that this file is corrupt and needs to be reinstalled: <windows root>\system32\hal.dll

    also boot.ini appears to be corrupt as well. im not so good with the recovery console, can someone help plz? ive got some files on there that i need SOON
