how can I find out who controls a website. I have attempted to contact the admin they are not cooperative in disclosing. I have tried whois says name is taken that is all...Hosted for free by getphpbb.com...

can anyone help me I need help ASAP!

yes I had found that, thankyou very much but I need verification who owns it and if its the person I think it is.

 

Seems obvious the owner of this site is paying for the WhoisGuard service so it is unlikely you will get the information you are after.

I doubt it. And if there was, TBH we wouldn't/couldn't share that information as it would be against forum policy.

My only suggestion would be to continue making contact with the site admin or make inquiries through whoisguard. This individual obviously has a reason for keeping his information private and is willing to pay to do so.
