Help...AV Security has my laptop hostage

Please help..this is what little scans I can get downloaded and ran. The pop ups, porn sites, and alerts won't let me do much. I ran Malwarebytes twice cleared some threat but now I can't get back into it to get the logs. Tells me the file is infected and will not open. Also can't get combofix to open. I have it downloaded by can't install. The pop up the keeps coming is AV security suite.

 

I hope these are the 2 malwarebyte logs...still cant get combofix to install, even tried to install in safe mode...won't scan.
