Help!! Big time problem

    Laptop was infected. Trojans, major popups. Went through steps in the READ ME FIRST thread. Didnt fix problem.

    Now computer is really in trouble. I'd love to reformat and start all over but its a work comp that was given to me and dont have CD's.

    Now when XP Home loads a RUNDLL tab appears at the bottom as well as it trying to open file canxwrsmeo.tmp. Within 15 seconds or so computer freezes up. It is a tmp _auto_file.

    I've gone into Safe Mode trying to restore to an earlier point but after I've picked the restore point the Next button DOESNT work. All other buttons work. I've tried also to run Anti Virus type programs in safe mode but nothing works.

    Any help you can offer would be most appreciated. :cry:cry

    If you can boot into safe mode and run the C:\MGTools.exe and attach that log ( C:\MGLogs.zip) we can work from there.

    You should also attach any other logs you were able to get (SAS, MBAM, ComboFix...)
