[help]bsod_irq_driver

need help...

i have a desktop pc...

windows xp sp3

all drivers are up-to-date

i always have this BSOD whenever i browse the net...

its not always but its frequent...

it also happens when i play online games....

it says... something like

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

and it said "tcpip.sys" before the last paragraph...

BTW... i have already done a memtest... which passed 100%

and a HD check up which resulted into no bad sectors...

attached is a log of the error i copied from event viewer..
