HELP! Can't delete file!

Alright, so I was trying to downloadd the music video for "**** me" off of limewire. I tried to click it as results were still coming in, and it got moved while I was clicking. I accidentally ended up clicking something with a really long file name that has to do with preteen ****. It said it was 10.6 megs, but before I hit cancel it was done downloading. I went to my shared folder to delete it, and when I right clicked I got a menu of "play", and some add to list options. I alswo have an open with and send to option (it won't let me send anywhere tho). I tried pressing delete. Nothing. I tried a virus scan. Nothing. I tried deleting it from command prompt. It said file Name too long. I tried renaming it. Didn't work. I even downloaded a program called delete doctor, and when I tried to delete it, it said the file name is invalid.
