Help! Can't go past sect 5 on Read and Run

Hi there

As you can see I'm a newbie who's computer is just not playing ball! I have gone throuh all the read and run sticky and can't get past the Spybot S&D as it hangs every time I run it

My problems originally started when my computer had a trojan horse, I downloaded spyware which I thought cleaned everything up, but recently my computer wouldn't shut down without me physically pressing the power button, and, I don't know if this is linked, but I also lost my google tool bar without phsically removing it.

I honestly have tried to read around this site to try and fix the problem myself, however, I think I am now out of my depth.

Hope someone can help. I have attached a HJT file in the hope it may help!!

Ignore Spybot for now and run the online scans, attach those logs to your next post and we will go from there.
