Help cleanup

    I'm ready for a cleanup, I'm so tempted to clear the HD and start over, but I can't find my windows disk. I don't know where to begin so I guess I'll just post a HJT Log. I've TRIED this before but many people flake off from help so please, I appreciate any help, but not if you take me through the first 2 steps and disappear, that's only a waste of both of our time. Anyway, you may find some "cleanup" programs already on my computer, please don't be alarmed I'm not using them uneducated, they're all from my previous advised attempts. Thank you guys for any help in advance.

    Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions. If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going. Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not. Make sure that you disable Spybot's Teatimer as requested in the instructions.
