Help Combo fix won't run

Please help me...combo fix will not run...looks like a window is going to open but it immeidately goes away

I have been trying to get through that first page...the first step with Combofix WILL not go..it just won't run...am I missing something, i did follow all the steps up to that point...there are no logs.

Nothing is working...I have read and followed the instructions to clean the computer...i still cannot get an internet connection, or run basic programs like notepad or the MSDOS...i feel like i should just throw the laptop away. HELP

If you don't attach the requested logs, we cannot begin to help you. Also you never even said what malware problems you are having. You never even told us your Windows OS version. Note having internet access and not being able to run certain programs does not necessarily mean you have malware. However if you don't give us any logs to evaluate what is on your PC, then we cannot help you. You must help us to help you.
