HELP! Comp is infected

    Hi,

    I keep getting this popup which says I've been infected with 'win32.trojandownloader.zlob'. I used F-secure to get this report, which says I have 5 viruses and 1 riskware. Here it is:

    • Edit by bjgarrick: Inline logs removed. READ & RUN ME sticky not followed.

    What should I do? Please help me.

    In addition to the instructions provided in Lev's post, please follow the instructions in the thread below and attach the requested logs.

    Removing Zlob aka SmitFraud, SpySheriff, Infections

    Once you complete ALL of the steps, you should have attached the following logs.

    • AVG AntiSpyware Log
    • ComboFix Log
    • MGLogs.zip
    • C:\rapport.txt from Step 1 from the thread above.
    • C:\rapport.txt from Step 2 from the thread above.

    None of the instructions that you were given asked for a HijackThis log. This is the second time your inline log has been deleted. Please follow the instructions that were given. Also do not post logs directly inline with your message. They must be attachments. This is explain in the READ & RUN ME when you follow the instructions.
