HELP - Constant POP UPS on screen

    Hi - desperately need some help here - ran AVG, Spybot, Norton, and the others named in your try this first section.... but still getting pop up ads. After so many hours of running scans - I think I need help! Have attached copy of HJT log..... hopefully someone can help.
