Help deciphering codes... Do they even mean anything?

Ok, so this guy sent me 2 codes by txt message...

1) 0011010 0110010 101011
2) Starting operation guillotine authorization code 77663992626791066

I said something like "ehh that doesn't even mean anything, because I checked the first on a binary translator and nothing that made sense came up" and he said "you got the code part right, but it's not binary... keep thinking about it" Sooo I've checked a ton of different codes and I have't found anything relevant. I'm thinking that or I am not getting it at all or he is just messing with me and the numbers really don't mean anything. Any ideas?

PS - The only thing I found regarding operation guillotine is a video game (Battlefield 3)
