Help Dropper.Agent.dgo

    Hey wats up guys im new to this forum and i need help with my computer, lately my computer has been runing really slow , so i installed Avg anti-spyware to see if there is something im ny computer thats causing it,when it scanned the comp, dropper.agent.dgo was found, everytime i try to remove it it comes back, one of the files it found was yahoo messenger. exe i think , so now everytime i try run yahoo messenger it wont let me !!. Can someone help me step by step it will really help me out

    p.s im not a "pro" at computers so i will kinda need some gides and whatnot :prolleyes

    Well your in luck, below is what is concidered one of the best guides for starting the malware removals process you will find on the internet, its step by step and along the way you will gain some logs to attach to your next post.



    Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

    READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide

    So logs that you will get to attach are:

    MGlogs.zip (which has 5 logs inside it, including Hijackthis, just attach the whole Zip )
    AVG
    Combofix logs.

    After these are attached our malware experts will review these to see if your OK, if not they will issue you some further removal instructions for you if the guide has not removed them already.

    ok im at the avg part and i did a full system scan
    i got a prob there u see its that i pressed aplly all actions and it deleted all the "things" but the thing is i cant save the report so can i just attacha file that show all the viruses?

    lol you see the thing is that i cant save it becuase there is nothing to save on the report tab it says " no reports available" and the save report button is "gray" "unclickable"
