help emails not recieving

i have just boughht a new computer & transfered my aol files no problem, however i also have blueyonder, &whilst i have also set up a new account on my new computer i can send e mails from this new blueyonder account no problem, but receiving them is a b ig problem , i have sent 3 test emails from aol to blue yonder but they are not received-can anyone please advise what my problem may be & how i may sort it thanks

Windows Vista does not come with outlook express, it comes with Windows Mail.

 

Check the port settings in your mail client. If you are using port 25 change it to 3535. Also make sure that your ISP isn't blocking these emails thinking that they are a form of spam. Check for viruses as your ISP will shut down communications from your computer if something looks like spam.
