HELP FAST !!! :o

    Help Fast !
    so i tried downloading some games . and it turns out i ended up with a trojan called ftp34.dll & a ton of other stuff ? it ended up making none of my files openable , i had to find a program that allowed me to open things , which thankgodfully i did . but now everytime i turn on my computer the "SystemAntivirus2008" comes up, along with this error file which is linked to Remove ftp34.dll . which says something like "Exception Processing Message C0000013 Parameters 75B6BF9C 4 75B6BF9c 75b6bf9c" and all that other crap . help me out ?! what do i delete , and WHAT do i do . here is my log . please help asap.
