Help finishing Cleanup for a Friend

    I am helping a friend clean up his laptop. I have followed all of the procedures and will attach the logs. The initial problem was that the desktop and tool bar would not display. I thought it was a hard disk failure but reinstalled windows and was able to get the desk top back. I noticed problems with McAfee being turned off - it is supplied by his ISP (Comcast). Started to clean with Lavasoft Ad-Aware and Spybot S&D. Then able to update and run McAfee. Finally went through the cleaning procedures listed in this forum.

    Would greatly appreciate any wisdom to finish this cleaning. The scans found several keyloggers and other serious problems.

    You did not allow MGTools to run to completion. Please run it again by double clicking the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file --> make the agreement to run HJT and wait till it tells you it is finished. Then attach the new log.
