Help getting this to work.

OK i am trying to get Pop goes the Gmail to work. I have installed the .Net frame work from microsoft and i still cannot open the program.

Thanks once again Mastertech. I am able to run and install the program now.

Of coarse i am having trouble setting up the program.

I thought i had everything dialed in but i cannot retreive my mail, and i cannot send mail eather.

Any thing i should check. I believe the problem is some where in "PGTGM"

Which Browser are you attenmtping to use it in?

I use mine in Opera and it works pretty smoothly, i think it needs a bit of different config whther your trying it with IE, Opera or Firefox

 

Well i am using firefox, but i am running into a wall just using Thunderbird.

When i start firebird it asks for my password. I enter it, and then none of my messages load. When i try to write mail in Thunderbird it, and send it, i get an error saying that the mail cannot be send out, and there is a problem in PGTGM. it says to check my log, which i have provided above. I really dont know what to look for in the log? I have gone through the help file in PGTGM, and i have Thunderbird configured to what it says. MY out going and incoming serves are "localhost" and i have my username, password, email address, all in correctly. I think i will try to get help from one of the people who made it. There emails are provided and see if that works.
