Help Greatly Appreciated

I've done my best to follow all instructions and have downloaded and run all programs specified.

This is what I am left with. I thought everything was cleaned from my pc until yesterday when I became aware of an infected file that couldn't be removed by any of my spyware programs. geedd.dll ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks so very much for the help. I completed all steps you gave me except resetting my homepage..unsure how to do this. I'm amazed how much faster my pc is running!

I have a discounted rate with alltel to only provide me with the DSL and always use AOL as my browser as I need it for work- I have a bring your own access account. Is that what you needed to know?

The odd thing about the geedd.dll file is that I had it before I downloaded Vundo- I found Vundo by researching the file targeted by my spyware? Is it possible that it was contained within some other program?

I checked and it's set for Google.com. I am pretty sure that when all of this first started that I changed it myself while poking around trying to figure out what was going on... do I still need to change it?

BTW is it as gorgeous of a day in NC as it is here in GA today?
