Help have downloaded arovax still have problems

Likely not running Arovax again will remove these popups etc as not all malware removal tools can remove some of the more persistant pests, the best option in the end is to have a malware expert look over the logs that will be gained from the below guide, once they have reviewed the logs, you will be issues with some removal instructions.
