help -- hijackthis log

one of my home computers is so screwed up. im about to go back up to school, but heres a log from hijackthis. anybody see things that are wrong/how can i fix it next time im home?

Please read the announcement and sticky threads. HJT logs should only be posted when requested and then they must be attachments to your message.

A few of your problems are:
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [Windows Services Hosts] svhosts.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [WXML32] winxml32.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [WinDEX3] windex3.exe

Please run the steps below.

- Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem, boot into normal mode and make sure you follow these directions:

- Download HijackThis 1.99.1

- Unzip the hijackthis.exe file to a folder you create named C:\Program Files\HJT

- Do NOT run Hijack This from the Desktop, a temp folder, or a sub-folder of C:\Documents and Settings, or choose to run it directly from the downloaded ZIP file.

- Before running HijackThis: You must close each of the following:your web browser, e-mail client, instant messenger, and programs like notepad, wordpad, MS Word etc. And any other unnecessary running programs.

- Run HijackThis and save your log file.

- Post your log as an ATTACHMENT to your next message. (Do NOT copy/paste the log into your post).

ok sorry people. i guess i did it all wrong and was in a hurry to leave town. and as i said, its on my computer back at home, whereas i am currently in college. so i cant do anything about it right now anyway. i wanted to just see what the major issues were though.
and the reason it was run from a disk is that that computer wont even get online/see webpages/etc. and i couldnt connect to another computer to send the program over a network either.
whenever i startup the computer (i cant remember exactly what it says but im pretty sure its the following) two black screens come up that look like command prompts and it says that for cpp1.exe and aimerss.exe "taskkill is an invalid command or doesnt exist or something"
and i dont know how to fix that.
when i run spyware programs it says everythings fine, but something is definitely wrong. i wouldnt mind just reformating the darn thing but ive got a lot of special pictures saved on there that i want to keep safe. and it wont let me save them to CD/DVD-Rs and i didnt have my flash drive with me to transport them to a different location.
so i guess im screwed for now
