Help!! I am the Admin....Darn it!!

    Hello everyone I am having a major issue here and hope you all can help me. I recieved this laptop,(Toshiba Satellite),and Yesterday background poof be gone on me. Ran Super Antispy and got rid of what it found then ran malware bytes clicked fix all,(only found 2), and clean those but still having issues. Can not get on microsoft update and can not install Bitdefender because "the admin has prevent installing thihs software". Darn it! I am the Admiin. So, i ran Hijack this and this is what it came up with. Any help would so greatly be appericated.
    MSIE: Internet Explorer v7.00 (7.00.6000.16791)
    Boot mode: Safe mode with network support
