HELP!! I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO, I think I have malware. vtutr.dll won't delete..ect

Completely out of the blue, my internet started acting funny. It crashed.
My pop up blocker is keeping me from getting any popups but. x_x
My WinPatrol New Program alert pops up like every minute asking me if I approve of vtutr.dll as an add on. I just keep clicking no but it is getting on my nerves.

I ran hijackthis but I have no idea what it means.


HELP!! x_x
