Help: I have pop up windows waring on infectous spyware every 10 secs

OK / Cancel

If clik ok, is link to the site to download *.exe program
If click cancel, is will popup again every 10 secs, of using computer.

I try to scan with NOD 32, using Spybot. still not work!

I'm using Windows Xp service Pack2
