Help! I havee the dreaded Sirefef.Y! Can you help me please?

As per the title I have Sirefef.Y and .B) on my PC. It all started with some weird noises and music playing in the background, which seemed to start while I was Webbing with Firefox, but continued after I closed FF and carried on for a while with with no app running. Then I saw that MSE was no longer working. Tried Malwarebytes, a Kaspersky thing recommended somewhere, and a MS thing. None helped.
Now I'm in the loop of an apparent MSE warning followed by reboots.

I would really appreciate a bit of help with this.
I have run the FRST64 prog. and the results are attached.

Attached is fixlist.txt

Save fixlist.txt to your flash drive.

You should now have both fixlist.txt and FRST64.exe on your flash drive.

Now re-enter System Recovery Options.
Run FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the flashdrive (Fixlog.txt).
Please attach this to your next message. (How to attach)

Now attempt to boot normally.
