Help if its possible lol!

Wow man this thing is really messed up im not sure its fixable this way but im posting in here for a last resort really before i take it somewhere! Its wacky ive noticed now that i cant even get into the documents and settings file ima loss for words with it really i had aplus which i got the dl from here it says everythings fine as does all the programs ive ran that you guys said to some stuff will install but then other stuff says root file for install shield not found other times its really wierd and next lvl from the traditional bugs im familiar with im not the greatest on this thing i hope im not doing ne thing wrong i wish there was some how someone could hook to it but thats not safe either i dont reckon someone help please we really dont want to invest much more into this laptop being as the backlight is messed up too so im runnin it on a moniter! um ne questions please ask me if i can answer them i will i got to the part of making all my ghost files viewable then the comp turned it self off while i was reading over at mine!

 

thanks for answering i did all the things in the read run me thing the combo fix thing did some wacky stuff all in all nothing is fixed. I will add that i know of zedos/smitfield among alot of others you guys mentioned! But none of the programs are detecting anything??? it says all fine ima run more tests today but why whould you guys explain it so well down the file name i found on my comp and now say its not maleware? It will manually shut it self down which is somtihng ive never seen b4 as soon as u hit explorer ur hit with over 60 apps now its insane really ive seen a few do some stuff never like this though i wish it would crash allready really lol thanks for trying to help! and one more question if i wipe the enitire system whould it remove any harmfull risks on it?

 

chasling thanks for the ruff draft of reseting i kinda gave up on it i did all the run and read thing but the combo fix i got wont work right and most programs even them new ones are exclusivlly ran by this other process it works enough for her to play spades and get outta my hair for now at least i told her to take it some where shes not willing to invest so i will keep trying you guys all the progs in the read and run me says theres no problems nota one and its obvious there is but i dunno:confused!!!thanks again for trying!

 

ok im in the process of typing it up it seems this site dont work right on here comp so i cant cpy and paste like most can this thing hardly works ne more after i put the stuff u guys said too put on there im at max and it aint running worth a crap so i am manually typing it up slowly cuz i really dont think this is gonna get it off how could it remove what it cant see and yes i made my files unhidden i guess i could network with this comp but im not connecting to this dirty pc with mine thats for sure i dont know it seems no one gonna do it without a price thanks for all the help/unhelp you guys may have been u can close this thread im going where it dont consist of so much downloading that combo fix came up as a virus i know u guys say it will but who do u trust at this pt umm i say no one with any monetary objections being as there prolly the root to this problem everyone wants there hands where it dont belong thanks again later!

i made it to the second step installing the programs and one wouldnt work so i kinda went ahead trying to install the next being as that one said restart the comp to take effect now nothing at all works i log in and can get to control panel or even to a browser page and it freezes with a time capsule loading icon there but a cursor on everything else! i cant get in to even make a log now its really bad and to speak of the devil it finnaly shut it self down after about 40 mins of stuck but stays in the xp background and dont fully shut down? which is really fishy ive never worked on a laptop this is my first i was some of the traffic on it mostly youtube and myspace but being as it is a mouse pad things get clicked that arent inteneded if u catch my drift and we let it go to far actually she bought it from arrons i got the reinstall XPSP2 disc for it that they gave her and thats about it no virus stuff or ne thing when she got it and it all ran so smoothe ya know! im really doing this on my spare time being as she dont have money to get it fixed pro right now but its still stuck in the background screen! Ok i got to the second step on the last cleaing your pc thing at the bottom of the run read me in the second page installing spybot was when it started up till then she was able to get into email and games slowly not running right ya know!

 

LOL now mine really just crashed hooked up to the same internet wonderful I am at a neighbors house posting this I'm not sure what is wrong mine won't boot or anything so the laptop we are talking about is still booting! so thats last on my list right now mine going down is crucial! lol

Mine however I was unaware of any problems till now I came home it was slow so i rebooted and now it won't stop rebooting I think I may need professional help?
It will boot in safe mode and thats about it without restarting over and over?
I have a dell dimension C521 desktop with windows xp I had XP put on this computer because vistas codecs packs wouldnt run my studio software i.e. magix/cakewalk music studio programs well vista was not up to date with the codecs so I had someone install xp I have a vista disc it seems just wiping it may be the only option I am up for suggestions though! I can deal with it being wiped I don't like it but the only fishy files i saw recently on mine are NTDAT files that i didn't make or don't know where it came from however when I tried to run win doc it said someone else had exclusive accsess to that drive win doc couldn't check local disc... so i looked the next time i rebooted yesterday and it said C$ << that exact user? Hopfully this was usfull chaslang. It is the sole thing i remember and system wont reboot!:cry:cry:cry:cry:cry:cry

 

thanks chaslang did so and in the process of being helped over there for that comp im sorry for posting in here kinda spazzed by in and freaked out!!! However I've made headway on that laptop it seems only one thing is still on there that s&dspybot is detecting and wanted to know if you knew what this was:
OLD DATA: regedit.exe "%1"
NEW DATA:regedit.exe "%"%*

what should i do allow change or deny?:confused
