    Has anybody ever seen this???

    C:\System Volume Information\_restore{A74D5DD8-AD19-4007-B738-13B17DBDE4C0}\RP567\A0100929.dll

    It showed up on a Windows Defender scan Pop up....

    HI

    Yes, that location is your System Restore and specifically a restore point, possible you have some malware component in that restore point ( could also be a false positive rare but happens ), they are easily removed by just deleting all the system restore points BUT, dont do that yet as you may still have malware somwhere else on your PC, to be fully sure your malware free before deleting restore points follow the below

    So please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.
