Help... infected?

OK... so this started (on my system) a few weeks ago, I started hearing the "pop up" sound effect with the occasional "end function" bing every now and then. Then I noticed that my system was a pit slow and sluggish. I would click on program to open it and it wouldn't open. Task Manager would show a couple links of the program that I tried to open (twice or so), I would end them and try again, and it would open up finally.

I have run Malwarebytes, Sybot, SuperAntiSpyware and all would report back with minor things, would clean them up and reboot and the sounds and delays would come back.

I have also tried MGTools as well as ComboFix and they seemed to find some items and correct but not the sounds.

Just today, I was working on a different system (on the same server) and noticed that it too was making same popping/end stop sounds. So, I take it that whatever has infected my system has now spread to the server and other systems? Or could it have started on the server and spread to the various systems.

We just had the server installed last October and everyone has been using it as a file dump -- I am wondering if a file came in infected and has since spread. We are using Vipre Enterprise on the server and systems (personally, I am not too thrilled with Vipre).

On my system, one thing that seemed to keep getting "reported" was a file titled JS/Blacode.DG.

So... anyone have a great solution to this problem? I have printed out the Malware Removal Guide -- just been rather busy to go through it completely.
