HELP Internet problem

    I have windows xp my computer internet is wired i have connected it all but myxomputer says the page cannot be displayed

    i did the first one but on netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log it said the following command could not be found.

    I found out how to reinstall but it says it is recomended that you connect to the internet but i cant scince the intenet is not connecting
