Help Java Virus?

Hi Guys. I just ran AVG free edition and it found 2 viruses. I would appreciate
any help removeing them.The virus is the same in both cases as far as I can tell
java/installer.jar-5ad1bcbe-2ade0456.zip
Using AVG 1 was put in the vault and it said the other is embeded. I don't understand this? Thanks for any help.

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
